    Windows == Virus! no Joking.
    I disabled update by group policy, but still after a lunch, when I shut dwon my PC. it have only 2 options:
    1 Update and restart
    2. Update and shutdown

    No option to avoid the update!!
    so again, the noise fan coming back every time I working.

    There are so many hidden threads and services running without any clue for me even as a IT engineer of me. They are eating up my CPU/RAM resources and battery life!!!
